The oddity out of historical operations was 2025 when conferences and events were funded without the approval of BUIPs which have been historically required to allocate funding for things.

This is incorrect. Strangely your list of BUIPs stops at 200 and does not mention 205 which authorises the annual marketing spend (including conferences), which covers 2025.

Section 10 of the company articles clearly outlines the additional responsibilities of the officers beyond those of other members.

Please see section 11.1 and 11.2, which this BUIP is formalising, as we are in a new paradigm with many Nexa projects and activities in train, requiring day-to-day decisions.
